Installation

Configuration

ServiceFieldLevel::MaxResultsSearch

Defines the number of results to be displayed when searching for services.

Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task###ServiceFieldLevel

Cron responsible for synchronizing parent and child services.

Usage

Service Field

The module changes the view of the service field to the CustemerTicketMessage screen, displaying the services at service and subservice levels:

The search field can be used to search for the desired service, or the service can be selected by levels:

Every service created or updated will perform an automatic synchronization action that will save the service and the parent service if any. Cron will also carry out this synchronization.
